I first got started in digital marketing while I was completing my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. As part of my senior internship I started working at a local gym where I was learning the ins and outs of the business. One of the first jobs I was given was to work on bringing new clients into the gym. This task sent me on a path of self-education in web design, social media, as well as many other forms of digital marketing. 

This experience quickly made me realize that regardless of your education or expertise, if you didn’t use digital marketing in some way, less people would know that your products and services existed. From here, I started to help other friends who owned businesses get online and start using digital marketing tools. I built more websites, produced podcasts, and created multiple digital brands of my own. 

After freelancing for almost a decade, I decided to launch Digital Business Helper, a digital marketing agency and online resource dedicated to helping others reach new customers, increase website traffic, and generate more sales.
